Photo-realistic rendering: Get a clear-cut image of the structure

When it comes to architecture, engineering and construction industry the rendering services can be applied  only to the architectural projects. The rendering services are executed to produce the realistic touch to the buildings. Rendering services are demanded by the builders, contractors and even the building owners. Builders and contractors use the architectural rendered models for the marketing and the bidding process, whereas the house owners demand these services to better understand the design concept of their buildings.
If we go back a few decades, we hardly knew about  the execution of rendering services in the architecture, engineering and construction industry. Nobody could see how will the building look once it actually takes shape in the real world. The only option left to the client, owners, architects and the engineers was to keep imagining about the final appearance of the building.

But once the rendering services started to be executed for the architectural projects everybody involved in the building process could visualize the building by looking at the rendered 3D models.

Now days clients have the benefits of seeing the rendered floor plans of the buildings to understand what all is included in a particular floor. For example, in a rendered floor plan placement of the rooms can be visualized along with the placement of the doors, windows and the stairs or the elevators. Not just that they are made quite appealing with the application of the color, textures, lighting effects and shadow effects. 3D interior and exterior rendering is also done to provide a natural look to the buildings. In interior architectural rendering a renderer produces photo-realistic effects by creating all kinds of necessary material that goes well with the scenario. With the assistance of proper color, texture and lighting and shadow effects the interiors of the building are given a photo-realistic effect. For example, if the rendering is done to produce real life effects to the dining room, then creation of furniture such as dining table and a showcase to keep the cutlery are  necessary. So such things are developed by the renderer with the assistance of software like sketch up and 3ds Max etc.

So to understand the architectural design of the building in a proper manner it is always a better idea to take the assistance of 3D rendered models.
